Coolhows presented an opportunity to explore how to navigate an online household store within an emerging market context. With a target market that is price sensitive, our research purported pegging price to value. This saw the birth of an e-commerce business model that takes out the cost of shop, electricity and other related expenses and instead gave quality at a reduced price compared to the competition.
